Secrets of the City of Puebla Tour
Meet 2 icons of our city, its historic center and the forts area. Walk through its streets, alleys, secret tunnels and discover a piece of the history of Puebla in every corner. This experience is totally private and all-inclusive.

- The meeting point as well as the end of the tour takes place where the client specifies, within the city of Puebla and Cholula.

- The pick up will be at the hotel or address provided. The host will be waiting for you.
- The experience will begin with a pedestrian city tour that will last two hours. The first point to visit will be the Palafoxiana Library. The first public library in Latin America.
- Puebla Cathedral known as the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception.
- Visit to the Zócalo and explanation of the model of Puebla.
- We walk through the traditional street 5 de Mayo until we reach the Chapel of the Rosary considered the "Eighth Wonder of the new world".
- Walk through the Calle de los Dulces and a tasting of typical sweets and liqueurs.
- Artist's neighborhood. It is an artistic space located in what is known as Plazuela del Torno or del Factor, artists work and exhibit their work in view of tourists and citizens who visit this corridor.
- We will visit the handicraft market where you can find more sweets, talavera, souvenirs from Puebla and other beautiful handicrafts.
- It is said that in colonial times the waters of the San Francisco River frequently overflowed, flooding the alley of 6 Sur. The people made use of the rising river and installed some mills there. However, the stagnant water and the activities that were carried out in it attracted a large number of toads, a fact that gave rise to the current name of the road.
- Transfer to Xanenetla. This is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Puebla where the first settlements took place after the foundation of Puebla in 1531.
- The historic passage May 5 joins the underground network that together with the Bubas Bridge form the "Secrets of Puebla".
- The Historical Passage 5 de Mayo rescues ancestral values, in a journey through the depths of colonial Puebla.
- Tunnels, secret passageways, hydraulic works and elements for the defense of the City, make up this network of legends and secrets of history with more than three centuries of antiquity that are intertwined in the subsoil of the City of Puebla.
- The Tunnel network has lighting and audiovisual resources that allow you to learn about its history, covering a distance of 477 m.
- The area of Los Fuertes is located 15 minutes from the historic center of Puebla.
- The forts of Loreto and Guadalupe are old military buildings where the Battle of May 5 took place.
- In addition to the Forts, we will find an incredible green area with a small lake with an incredible view of the city and also has several very attractive sites.
